Job Summary
The Youth Reentry Center Director is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, management, and operational oversight of the Youth Reentry Center at Homeboy Industries. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role ensures the effective implementation of youth reentry services for system-impacted youth and young adults, ages 14–18, through trauma-informed, healing-centered, and mission-aligned programming.

Pay Range - 70k-80k per annum

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Youth Reentry Center, including safety, compliance, and adherence to Center SOPs
- Supervise, support, and coordinate multidisciplinary staff and wraparound services
- Plan and implement program curriculum, recreational activities, and field trips aligned with youth needs
- Monitor program outcomes, data collection, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
- Build and maintain internal and external partnerships
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in youth reentry or related field
- 3+ years supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
